Contract Value: $3.7 million plus GST

Completion Date: May 2013

Scope of Work: Construction of a residential care facility that housed children under the care of the State. 

The works included the construction of a 12 bedroom facility complete with living areas, dining areas, a commercial kitchen and meeting rooms.

The building was constructed of robust materials with the finishes being sympathetic to provide a home environment for the children.

Extensive landscaping and play equipment completed the external surrounds of the project.
